Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after booking your service to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, you must not have attended the service. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund and cancellation is accepted, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days.

Exceptions / non-refundable

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/reduced cost items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
